Our accommodations span two locations. In the Fresh Apartments building in Černá Pole, you’ll find three apartments that can host up to 14 people in total, with two parking spaces on-site— equipped with charging station for electric car.

Meanwhile, at our second location by the main entrance to the Brno Exhibition Grounds, we provide the Yellow Apartment for 2–4 guests, and parking is also included.

Fresh Apartments – Three Private Apartments in Brno’s Černá Pole District

Our apartment house comprises three spacious units, located just 2 km from the center of Brno and only 800 m from both the famous Tugendhat Villa and Mendel University. Together, these apartments can accommodate up to 14 people. We offer both short-term and long-term rentals. Each apartment is newly renovated and fully equipped.

In front of the building, you will find two dedicated parking spots with electric car charging station. Additional cars can park along the street. Parking is always included in the accommodation price. Two of the apartments have their own terrace overlooking a shared garden, which is ideal for children to play safely.
